SATEL i-LINK - Compact I/O converter and Pulse counter

The i-LINK is part of Satel's SATELLINK's family. Compact and cost-effective, together with the SATELLINE-1870E radio modem, it represents a portable tool to implement wireless control and security systems, based upon the pulse counting and the transfer of digital signals.

The i-LINK is a versatile converter, which has:

  • > n. 1 pulse counter
  • > n. 2 digital I/Os

It can be directly connected with the RS-232 serial interface of the SATELLINE-1870E radio modem.

The pulse counter, for example, can be used to monitor online the consumption of water, electricity and gas.

The I/O converter can be used to transfer information and data collected on the field, for instance from one gauge to another. It can also be used to activate engines and commands.

The i-LINK has been designed to receive impulse information only in the Multi-point configuration, while the information on digital satus can be transferred both in Point-to-Point and in Multi-point configurations.

It is available in the Modbus compatible version as well.
