RNRG #40C anemometer, calibrated MEASNET

The NRG #40C anemometer, calibrated MEASNET, is an ideal anemometer for wind speed measurements from 1m/s to 96 m/s.

The low moment of inertia and the bearings allow very rapid responses to gusts and lulls.

Due to the output linearity, this anemometer is ideal for use with various data retrieval systems.

A four-pole magnet induces a sine wave voltage into a coil, producing an output signal at a frequency directly proportional to the wind speed.

The cups are made of robust Lexan material, molded in one piece to guarantee repeatable performance.

The anemometer is supplied together with a rubber terminal boot.
