The Alasco Embedded Industrial PC family offers compact dimensions, an extremely flat construction design and is very flexible in its application options thanks to its wide range of interfaces. With up to four CPU cores and ECC-protected memory, the strength of the Alasco series lies in the performance-intensive and critical applications employed in corporate environments. The industrial PCs can be used universally thanks to the three mini PCIe slots and the SIM card slot.
Low-Power - High Performance
Intel Atom E3800 processors (Bay Trail) are used in our Alasco embedded PCs. The Bay Trail platform is the latest generation of industrial 64-bit processors and is characterized by a high output (1.91 gigahertz), with a simultaneously low power consumption (10 watts).
Fanless design
Carefully chosen components with very low power loss and a sophisticated passive cooling system facilitate completely fanless operation. The built-in heat distributor efficiently dissipates the heat to the housing on account of the high thermal conductivity. The high temperatures are thereby better dissipated compared to conventional cooling fins.
ECC-RAM - Error-correcting code memory
ECC memory is capable of fixing single-bit errors and detecting two-bit errors. The Alasco Industrial PCs come with either two or four GB ECC-RAM and thus minimize the risk of a memory error, which can quickly result in a lot of expense in the professional sector. With the Alasco Embedded PC, this is also available for fanless control computers rather than just a function known with servers.
Slender design - robust housing
The embedded PC can also be used in confined spaces thanks to the compact aluminium housing. The extended operating temperature range and the resistance to impacts and vibrations allow operation under harsh conditions.

Dual display
The integrated Intel® HD graphics are up to five times faster than the previous generation and facilitate the decoding of up to 18 1080p/30fps streams simultaneously. Hardware acceleration for DirectX 11, OCL 1.2, OGL 4.0, H.264, MPEG2, MVC, VC-1, WMV9 and VP8 is also supported, depending on the operating system.
The Alasco Embedded PCs come in a version with a HDMI and a DVI port and can therefore support two displays at the same time.

Mass storage
The Alasco series offers various options for confined spaces. The 2.5 inch drive bay can be equipped with SSD memory systems, which permit high storage capacities as well as quick read and write speeds. A RAID1 is also optionally available for protecting data of particular importance. The embedded PC can also be equipped with an mSATA in the mPCIe format.
